(Newport Beach, CA) November 1, 2008 – The Ten Restaurant Group (TRG) proudly announces that they have appointed Orange County’s Restaurateur Host Extraordinaire, Domenico Grillo, as a Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner for the Ten Restaurant Group. In this new role with The Ten Restaurant Group, Grillo will lead all aspects of the company’s operations, including restaurant procedures, purchasing, financial objectives and personnel for the groups four properties, Tentation Ultra Lounge, Ten Asian Bistro, Panini Bistro as well the new addition to Ten Waterfront, Café Panini Waterfront, in Newport Beach, CA. Grillo is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and execution, ensuring the successful operations, customer satisfaction and growth of all of the properties and nightclubs owned by The Ten Group.

Prior to joining the Ten Restaurant Group, Grillo was the previous owner of one of Orange County’s most popular Italian Restaurants, Valentina’s Ristorante, which was located in Mission Viejo, CA. Grillo’s passion for being a Master Chef and Host Extraordinaire is definitely evident. He is known for developing some of Orange County’s finest eating establishments including, Dolce in Newport Beach and Carmelo’s in Corona del Mar. During his years as owner of Valentina’s, Domenico and his staff specialized in helping clients turn concepts and special events into reality their events into special occasions that exceeded the
imagination, as well as turning concepts to reality. Domenico has a Golden Rolodex of contacts of some of OC’s most influential movers and shakers, politicians, city, state and government officials, business owners and even ties to Hollywood Celebrities & Socialites’, all whom frequent his places of business to receive the impeccable customer service he has become known for.
